I take back every bad thing I've said about Paris Hilton. Come to think of it, I've never said anything about Paris Hilton at all, but you get the point. Anyway, she's given us all a lesson as to what it would mean to make a classy response to an insult. She didn't sue, she didn't whine. She simply topped them. Plus, her energy policy doesn't seem half bad to me.

yeah, i saw this, a clever response (probably her publicist's idea). but I'm still struck by her heels, why does she, or why would any one, need them while reposing on a lounge chair? let alone around a pool. that's like putting on a hat to go to the bathroom.

At least she should get credit for hiring a really good publicity agent. The heels are deliberate self-parody. I hope.
I never noticed this till now, but she's a little wall-eyed, no? Or maybe it's just because of her reading cue cards....
